Today i was trying to find out more information on "EJPWC1100E: Policy has denied access" the exception that i was getting while configuring WSRP and i learned about how to use IBM Support Assistance to get help on the error.
After starting the IBM SUpport assistance click on Find Information on the Home Page. Then enter the problem that your facing in the Search field and click go. The IBM Support Assistance will try to find out information that resource in
1) IBM support website
2) IBM news groups and forums
When i tried to find information this is what i got. As you can see it found out one support document related to this issue and 6 google results.
